Exactly, my wife and I try to have mediation together, this helped. Don't be afraid to find a meditation friend, or, ask a therapist to meditate with you online before bed time. It also, helps get your mind off stress, it's kind of like that "Catch and release." Target catcher I call it. Me and my wife try to do this, then she will lay next to me and let me vent and talk about my day as a therapist (fake) lmao 🤣 acting like she doesn't have no clue who I am, who she's talking to, acting as a third party insider to it, it helps prepare me for online, or, actual visits to therapy appointments helping them better understand my stress, she lets me know if anything isn't going great, or, healthy it's a stress off my mind and helps me communicate more about this disorder and, helps my therapist to understand me better when she writes things down, or, helps me to better word things. This maybe, isnt for eveyone maybe, your close to a family member who can help, and help you feel more in control of your thinking and communication comforts. It has to have others help you sometimes. As, this is hard to feel and even harder to think, let alone talk about. It's no need to feel like your mental and crazy, rather, sometimes it's not about talking but, listening because as someone with OCD too it helps me hear myself when I talk to her (as I trust her) hear what I hold in, have to honestly say, it helps me throw shit out there, relax.
